These terms apply to use of the FurniStack public marketing website.
Development-stage information
FurniStack is a product in development. Website descriptions, conceptual interface visuals, feature names, roadmaps and integration categories may change before commercial release. Nothing on this site guarantees that a particular feature, integration, launch date or commercial term will be available.
No production ERP service
This website is a marketing and early-access property. It is not a production retailer ERP environment and should not be used to submit customer orders, payment information, employee records or other production business data.
Intellectual property
FurniStack branding, original website design, copy and product concepts are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not represent yourself as FurniStack or reuse FurniStack branding in a misleading way.
Acceptable use
You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, abuse the early-access form or use the service in violation of applicable law.
Disclaimer
The website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent allowed by law, FurniStack disclaims warranties relating to the website and development-stage product descriptions.
Changes
